A giant beautiful
Planet
Formed a crust
Of
Ice
I cut
In half
By skating
My sharp blades
Round and round
I went
Keeping
The halves
From growing
Together
So that light
Could reach in
Caress us
It was my job
My burden
My love
My heart
I skated
And
Skated
Alone
Passing people waving
Unconcerned
But
Friendly
Going about their day
Unaware
Of
What it took
But
I had no time
To focus for long
No hate
No resentment
I had
Work
To
Do.
Love this
Love you.
this is deeper than it looks at first glance even though at first glance it looked deep
😉 glad you glanced
